Digital Dreams, the latest work by Panther Panther! is a collection of three tracks celebrating digital tropical music of the future. Upbeat, funky and drawing from various global influences from cumbia and moombahdeep to global club and tropical bass, this selection is unashamedly futuristic, embracing global fusions and robotic explorations that will make your hips unstuck, as they go round and round in circles of 0s and 1s.

Pablo Villierezz, the producer behind the music, states: “Something I’ve always enjoyed about the digital cumbia scene was its futuristic approach to mixing tradition and technology. Somehow this has been lost in the pursuit of more organic sounds but I miss those early super digital tracks that were somewhat ironic and a lot of fun”. In Digital Dreams, robots rave all night in space stations filled with neon lights, music-making machines and funky bass-lines, falling in love whilst their make-up melts in the heat.

Optimista, funky y con influencias globales diversas desde la cumbia y el moombahdeep hasta el global club y tropical bass, esta selección sin vergüenza se planta desde un punto futurista, celebrando fusiones globales y exploraciones robóticas que desatarán las caderas en círculos de 0s y 1s.

Pablo Villierezz, el productor detrás de esta obra comenta: “Algo que siempre me gusto de la cumbia digital fue su sabor futurista al mezclar tradición con tecnología. Siento que esto se ha perdido un poco en búsqueda de sonidos mas orgánicos pero yo extraño esos tracks super digitales que con cierta ironia eran sumamente divertidos.”
En Digital Dreams, los robots se van de rave toda la noche a bordo de estaciones espaciales adornadas con luces de neon, máquinas musicales y líneas de bajo funky, enamorándose promiscuamente de todos mientras el maquillaje se les derrite por el calor.
